Once you are happy with the designs, you will fill out a roster that will provide us with the number of items and sizes you are needing in your order. How do I know what sizes to order? We have size charts for all of our manufacturers and their products. Most of these can be found on our website, but at times they are easily found on the manufacturers site, or we can send one to you. Just because you wear a certain size in one brand, doesn't necessarily mean that you will fit in the same size garment from other product lines. It is highly recommended that you refer to the size charts before placing your order. If you order the wrong size and need to return the a non-customized product, you will have to pay a 20% restocking charge. If the garments are decorated or custom you cannot return them if you ordered the wrong size. Some manufacturers provide sizing charts that are full measurements and others are for flat garments (as if it were laying on a table). In using a flat garment sizing chart, he easiest thing to do is measure the chest and length size on a garment that fits you and compare it to our size chart to find the correct size for the garments. If you are on the high number of a size range or between sizes, the best thing to do is simply go up to the next larger size. If you take a little extra time to make sure you are ordering the right size before you place your order, you will save a lot of hassle in the long run. Don't forget to account for slight shrinkage in any poly/cotton blend garment.

What kind of decoration or customization do you provide?Dye sublimation, DTF (Direct to Fabric), Embroidery and more. The method used depends on a number of factors and is ultimately up to the customer. Some items wear better, some look better, sometimes cost is a factor, and sometimes it’s about the time involved. Ask your sales person for details and they can walk you through the options.

What is dye sublimation and DTF?Dye sublimation is a printing process in which all colors for the uniform and product design including decoration for numbers, logos, team or company names, etc. are dyed directly into the fabric and become part of the fabric. This makes it permanent and is guaranteed to never fade, crack or peel. Cut and Sew Dye Sublimation garments are made from scratch. They are designed and then dyed into blank material which then is cut and sewn together. This is the ultimate in custom garments. Spot Dye Sublimation is the same dye process, but involves placing the dye sublimation onto a premade garment. Dye Sublimation only works on polyester based garments. DTF (direct to fabric) decoration involves a heat transfer decoration onto a premade garment. This can be done a polyester, cotton and a variety of other fabrics. This process is certainly much faster than full cut and sew manufactured products.

Color MatchingDepends on the product and manufacturer. Some products allow for color matching (to a point) Matching colors across different fabrics is never and exact science. Some products are not customizable and therefore changing colors is not an option at all. Ask your sales person for the best options for color matching. This is likely to happen if you’re placing an order for uniforms with accessories such as bags, caps, visor, socks, etc. and/or coach’s shirts. We follow what’s called an “on the field test”. If the color variance isn’t noticeable when the players are on the field or on the court then we’re good to go. Despite all efforts to perfectly match the color standard, it is impossible to guarantee an exact match from order to order. Online designs feature RGB values which can vary from one monitor to another. In production, the RGB values are converted to CMYK values for printing. Most manufacturers will not be responsible for color variations between online previews and production garments or items.
